Good product. Color a little off. However, would buy again.

This product is so light weight and easy to travel with. Super convenient when working out or in the office.

Ok performance. The USB port to connect to my laptop is in an annoying spot. It would be nice the connection port was USB-C instead of USB-A. The build quality is poor. The back of the monitor pops off easily. It really needs to be screwed together and you can tell the plastic is cheap- it's fairly brittle.

Was just what I wanted. I have one exactly like it that got broken.

Excellent monitor works great with a acer all in one desktop.

It works, plug and play. A little pricy though. 3 star because of the price.

No matter the troubleshooting taken on the device, it would not connect and display as a second screen. I am unsure of the devices practical use for portability, this bad rating is simply due to lack of compatibility. I cannot speak to the quality or resolution as it has not worked after following the provided instructions.

Never worked. Just tried again with some new cable configuration (HDMI Cable-HDMI to USB Adapter) to see if my USB to USB configuration was just faulty. That was not the problem. This just flashes the logo on the screen for about half a second, goes black, flashes the logo, goes black, etc. etc. Spend the extra money on a better brand.

The wire was loose, it kept going on and off. But was really convenient to use

VERY disappointed, DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 10!!! Even more upsetting is the fact that I specifically asked the Best Buy employee if it worked with windows 10, and she said yes! I will be returning it immediately.

Out of the box... Didn't work. It's 2023 so who uses USB for displays anyway? After a bunch of digital wizardry I managed to get it to work once. Next time I turned on the laptop it didn't ever come back on. The short duration it did work the resolution was terrible. It transported me to the days of AOL Dialup it was so bad. Why even make this worthless product?

Had this for 5 months and it's only been in the case or on my desk. Stopped working and was denied a replacement because they claim it was cracked. No damage on the frame or monitor anywhere and it has never been dropped. It's not very well made so it doesn't surprise me that it stopped working but I am surprised they won't honor the "3 year warranty".

Worked great with Windows laptop for first hour before it quit. I would spend a little more and get something that continues to work. Just hoping it will work long enough for FBLA national competition.

Seems easy enough, connect cable and you're good to go....that is unless you want the screen to do what it says it can do...which it doesn't. The resolution is not what the box advertises, the drivers are on a CD (what year is it???), the drivers on the vendor website are from 2014 (huh??) and support is non-existent...so to me this is a huge coaster that is not worth the walk to the store to buy.

This flimsy poece of junk lasted 45 days then was unusable due to manufacturers defect. When i tried to submit warranty claim after owning for only 45 days and usung a couple times the warranty representatives bately responded. Warranty process is very cumbersome and almost non existent. Buyer beware.

Did not work with my computer. I said I was using an experimental version of windows. This has been the best working computer I’ve bought in the last 10 years. Additionally the drivers came on a CD and my computer doesn’t have a CD port.

It did not work. I don't know if I had a defective one or not but it did not work for me

Bought this screen for Christmas present to my son to use for gaming. Open box and screen had a line on that you could see from the outside. Screen was black when connected. Will be returning.

Screen broke after a fews days. Need more robust screen protection.
