The monitor worked great for about a year and a half, then died. I contacted AOC, and they issued an RMA. Per AOC, the process was supposed to be as follows: 1) They send me a shipping label 2) I pack and deliver dead monitor to FedEx 3) UPON RECEIPT OF DROP-OFF at FedEx, they would send the replacement. However, I dropped the monitor off on July 8th and FedEx provided proof of delivery on July 10th. Since then, I have called multiple times, and no one can tell me when they will send me a replacement monitor. The only information that I've been able to get out of them is that the issue has been escalated. Anytime I've asked for a manager, I've been told they'll have to call me back, and they never do. The monitor is good for the price, but I don't think the cost savings is worth the nightmare that is their customer service team.

I’m loving this AOC G2 C24G2 monitor—smooth 165 Hz with 1 ms response means zero annoying blur or tearing while gaming. The curved VA panel delivers vibrant colors and a nice immersive vibe, and setup is easy with HDMI and DisplayPort. Stand is solid and keeps my desk tidy. Blacks are decent and there’s no HDR, but it doesn’t feel cheap at all. Great value for anyone who game on a budget—highly recommend!

Very affordable high quality 1080p 165hz monitor. Great monitor for my Xbox series s and ps5. Never got the hype of monitors till I got one. I was gonna buy another monitor but this one was on sale and it’s even better.

Sale was worth getting it. I've been in the market for a new monitor. Was concerned the curved monitor would conflict with my other flat one but it actually works just fine. The curve is very subtle. While I think this monitor looks visually very pleasing, it has a tendency to be much warmer in color, even the cool setting is warm. I've done all I can to adjust the settings and it is what it is. This monitor doesn't work with Intel Graphics Command Center, so I did what I could with Nvidia control panel. Screen feels a bit "dark." But I think it's supposed to be more depth-y... The warm color is why I docked it one star. Their AOC software doesn't do much, says the software settings aren't compatible with this monitor...even though they advertise the software for their products... Refresh is nice. The screen makes everything look smooth; it's not sharp at all so it's just a clean look. No sharp or jagged outlines on numbers and letters. The curve seems like a novelty; it doesn't really change anything for the better. It actually makes it so you only see it's true look in one position. It's weird wathing this monitor from a side angle... Overall, it's a monitor, it's fine; but it's far from perfect and I can see why it is on sale.

I love this monitor! My prior one was an old TV that did the job, don't get me wrong, but this monitor has made gaming so much easier on the yes. I loved the price point on this monitor because I didn't have to break my wallet, and it wasn't too big either in terms of taking up too much space!

Overall, the monitor is great and is well worth the money I spent on it. The stand is heavy and durable, it’s very easy to put together, and it has adjustments for height and pivot. The response time is pretty much non-existent, and it allows for the use of 120 FPS with the PS5. However, I have noticed slight ghosting (where parts of the picture seem to leave a trail behind when looking around) in low-light in-game environments. I’m not sure if I need to keep messing with the monitor settings, but it does bother me from time to time. Besides that, the monitor provides great quality while allowing you to stay on a budget.

For the value, this little guy gets the job done. Of course if you want bigger then head that way. But i just needed a small one to start and this one does well. I will be upgrading sizes but the quality is clear. Figuring out the features is a bit of a hassle, such as pushing buttons to select settings.

Great product, really like how curved the monitor is. I think the graphics are great and cool and awesome. Only downside is a should have bought more.

Great for the price when it was on sale. However, I wish I had opted for one with speakers and rotation supported by the firmware and mount. I really do not see the point of curved screens in this size, especially since the original intent was with CRTs to equalize the distance between emitter and screen for better focus.
