We bought and took home plugged it in. We then plugged the computer, modem and router into it. About 2 days later we lost power to the house and I was able to turn off everything before it did a power crash. This protects your PC and components from power surges.

This backup battery fits my needs perfectly. It'll probably keep me happy for several years.

I needed a low power ups that could keep operating a cable modem, 8 port switch and a netgear arlo router. This works well and kept them running for more than 20 minutes. I would not use it for a computer or anything but low powered devices. Otherwise, it is a good ups.

I bought it. It backs up my Arris router. It is button sequence selectable.

I am buying all APC now, they just last longer and offer replacement batteries (something their competitor does not). This particular model is my first with the upright profile. A smaller footprint, great for under a desk or against the wall. It performs as expected.

Works great and for small dell Optiplex micro computers

I give it 4 stars because it only has two outlets. If you have more gadgets, buy the larger model.

compact size , convenient and did it's task. Fit into the tight space I needed it to.

The UPS is working as expected but really haven't had an opportunity to test it with a real outage yet.

This is a good battery back-up system for general use. It was easy to setup and use.

Older battery backup battery gave out after 8 years. Replacement battery would have cost about same as this unit that was on sale. Might as well get a new unit with up to date circuitry. Never have had a problem with an APC unit and they stand behind their warranties and policies.

Great product! Set the system up and 2 days later, power went out due to a storm! Worked fantastic! The power came back on about 20 minutes later, but I was able to have lights and charge my cell during that time. I bought another one for other room. I recommend this completely!

APC is a brand you can trust. I have been using APC battery back-up/surge protectors since I took my business into the computer age back in the day. Best Buy lives true to its name. After pricing the 450VA, Best Buy was in fact, the "best buy".

I was amazed at the lightness of this UPS. I originally purchased an APC UPS unit 6 years ago, and it weighed a lot more. This one is easy to carry and easy to find space for. I like the idea that we can silence the alarm with one touch of a button. Haven't needed to do so yet.

It works. Easy to set up. Enough outlets for just about any situation.

I needed a UPS for a computer in an outbuilding. This UPS was priced right. But at this price your going to be missing a few options. No communication port. It does not report anything to the computer, no up-time warning. It has no network protection. This is a UPS and only a UPS. Make sure you look at what you need to see if this will do. For me it was good enough. I would have liked more functionality but I didn't need it.
