The backup battery supports my desktop computer and it’s screen easily long enough to close down work in progress. Not intended for long term support.

I have u and have even used their pproducts with my sed APC for several years and have been to their factory and watched their process. I was very impressed

I have an outdoor gate system and the electronics are in an enclosure. During foul weather the GFCI would trip. This eliminated the problem. Great product.

Bought two of these. One for Desktop and Monitors and another for TV/Console/Modem. I did have one trip a little while back and had to power it down and back up as it would not flip off battery backup and back over to power after it happened.

I needed a new UPS to keep our phones and networking running. Also needed to be easy to mute. This one fit the bill.

After a lightning strike took out my modem, router and a few other pieces, I picked this up. Of course, I'll not know if it really "works" until the next lightning hits!. The outlets are not situated for very many larger plugs but I did manage to get all mine connected.

I purchased several of these and they are perfect for what i use them for.

Works exactly as expected. Was easily installed. Only difficulty was that the plug in area seems to be on the opposit side from where we wanted it.

A storm blew out several battery backups we had. We replaced one with this unit and it has done a great job!

2nd one purchased for other location. Perfect for modem, router and 1 computer.

Power went out last night and the Backup took over, computer and components kept working. Wonderful!

this product comes with 4 plugs on the battery backup/surge section and only 2 surge only plugs. preferred the older models that had more.

This is a good replacement to my old UPS that the battery died and it was not worth to replace the battery. It was more cost efficient to buy this new one.

I live in an area that has a lot of power issues, This has done a great job of protecting my equipment.

Simple but effective for giving a few minutes to safely shut devices off in the event of an outage. Not for larger electrical items.

After whole year of use still very happy. 9 products connected and 3 power fluctuations and still running strong. No overheating or buzzing sound.

I have a lot of APC/Schneider Electric UPS equipment. I’m using this for my TV area, eliminated a lot of cable clutter, and I feel better when I’m doing firmware updates, as I don’t have to worry about power loss bricking things. Trivially easy to set up and use.

This is the second one I have purchased. Very pleased, happy to have when the summer storms start!

This backup Holds a lot, therefore, we shouldn't need another one for a while, we have lots of pictures of our kids and grandkids that are precious to us

So far unit is running great as expected, a little weary about the design of the soft touch power button if gets flattened or worn out?
