This was easy to setup and has done its job well so far.

Great product. Battery works well during power flashes.

I took it out of the undamaged box. It is new. I followed the instructions on how to hook it up. It works just fine so far. The real test will be when the electricity goes out which unfortunately is often.

Needed something for my cable modem and router. I love the new way to connect the battery after unboxing. It's so easy now, just like plugging a fuse into the bottom without opening the case.

I live in the country and power sometimes fluctuates. My fiber internet has a similar unit but for in the house I needed something to keep my router and voip from dropping and these work perfect. Ordered several. Every computer and tv are on one and even my cpap because ya never know!

I have has several short power outages since purchased ans this unit has kept my internet modem functioning for all of them.

Checked reviews - all were positive. Have always used APC Back-ups. This product was well worth the money - and on sale at half-price. So I bought 2 online and went to the store for pick-up. Staff was courteous and quick. I was in and out of the store in only 10 mins. Love that Best Buy.

Unpack it and plug it in; it does what it's supposed to. Protects my laser printer, modem/router and Tablo.

This unit is sized perfectly with a built-in surge protector and an ample number of plug-in ports for what I use it for which is for my PC, my router and my printer. This is the second APC back-up battery unit that I've purchased over the years. APC is a very reliable product that has provided years of uninterrupted power to my home electronic devices whenever a power outage occurs in my area.

Excellent power strip. It has been excellent with my computer to avoid power surges and short term power outages.

power here goes out sometimes for hours this gives everyone a chance to shut down

Replaced same item used for at least 5 years. We have a problem with power outages frequently. This helps to avoid damage for surges as well as the tv not needing setting and reloading services.

Excellent price special for these batteries, I usually keep my computers connect to backup batteries in case of a power outage or spikes on the neighborhood since a lot of construction is going on at the moment. this model is easy to setup since you do not need to open the box to connect the battery inside, instead there is a yellow fuse you need to connect, and you're all set to go. there are 6 outlets but only 4 are battery and the other 2 are surge protected.

So far so good. Bought a lot of APC's for work and home over the years. Usually after some time (3 to 5 years) the batteries go caput and you have to buy replacement batteries or units. Maybe 2 have broken and would not turn back on. I like they are taller now instead of flat, saves more space when I place them on the floor against the wall. I wish they would have some way of a 'soft beep' or a chime instead of the high pitch noise. When the power goes out and you have 10 of these, it's very annoying

APC battery back up/power surge is a great product and the price point on this product is a great value. I used this in an office setting, replacing a product that was worn out. Very easy to install and have experienced no problems with it since installing on a desktop application.

This product was exactly as advertised. I was really. Tired of every time having a power outage, waiting for my router to reboot. Still disrupts the router without an item like this. The price was right to solve a problem. That irritated me for quite some time.
