I switched from a basic surge protector that I bought for $3 online. Since I just upgraded my PC and still wanted to keep my monitor and PS4 setup, I decided to upgrade to something that would be more safe for my systems. So far, I'm very happy with the design. Only con is that it is sometimes noisy if no other noises are going on, but I usually turn it off before I go to work or I have headphones on while I'm gaming so it doesn't affect me.

I mainly got this for my printer so my printer would not go offline in case of a power fluctuation or outage. I recently had a power outage that lasted more than 10 minutes and the printer stayed on. I was not printing at the time, but if I was I would of canceled the job to conserve battery power. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to keep power fluctuations from power cycling their smaller electronics. The battery is not that big so I would not recommend connecting a high performance computer to this or any other power hungry devices.(devices that consume a lot of wattage)

Needed a new one when my previous APC UPS went after almost 10 years. Works just like the old one did… and hope that this one lasts that long.

Still will keeping my router and switch up. Will give you some time in case of a surge may want one as well for modem too.

I just purchased the product and haven’t had any power outages, so I can’t speak for the battery backup part of the product, but the quality is great. Works like a charm as a surge protector and I feel more at peace knowing my equipment is protected.

Though I got it at a discounted price for the Black Friday sale, I can't say I am too happy knowing that the unit tripped and couldn't support a flat iron, my computer, and a small heating unit. I was considering returning it but thought it would be useful for protection with my PS4. Initially it was intended for supporting my gaming computer rig but that proved not useful. I am currently living in an older home, built in the 1920's so there is only one electrical socket in our room. Long story short is, it's a good looking, easy to use, and was extremely budget friendly at the time of purchase. Only downfall is, it's not necessarily doing the original job I hoped it would. Ended up purchasing a 900V unit as well to replace it (for much more money). There are a lot of variables in my particular circumstance. This is not a review to do anything but provide an honest opinion of my experience with this product. In the end, I am keeping the unit and not refunding it, therefore I am giving it 3 stars. This would likely only work with devices that require less energy usage/consumption. I have yet to reinstall the device.

My modem and router are in 2 different rooms. I've always had APC surge on both but only UPS on the router. With recent storms, I've upgraded to this for the modem.

I have been purchasing APC battery back ups for the last 20 years. This is almost a requirement for computers or television sets here in Florida. This is the best investment that you can get to protect your electronics and it’s well worth it. If you have dirty power, if you have brown outs, if you have issues from your power generation company or power supply this absolutely is a item you need.

Nice product. Working well. I have my router plugged into and that should cover the short power outages in my area. good price.

Great product to prevent damage to your electronic devices and provide some power when the main power is disrupted
