Good battery does what it’s supposed to do still works

Bought several of these units to replace older models that have died. I like the footprint of this model.

Since I live in a rural area subject to power outages and surges, when my battery back up system died after 8 years I needed one quickly. The APC brand has always been reliable. This model is reasonably priced and not too large with lots of outlets. I've had it a while now and it has performed faultlessly.

Bought this for my 95 year old dad that has brief power outages that cause him to need to reboot some things in his house. As sharp as he is, technology is hard for someone at his age. One less battle he has to fight! Yay

It was easy to install and thus far works as expected.

This simple APC 450VA battery back up w/surge works well with out TV & computer. Doesn't break the bank in price. Appreciate the "Price Match" because we prefer BEST BUY!

This battery back-up is an extremely nice economical solution. I only have 1 PC which I needed to protect and my utility company is very stable. My electricity, however, sometimes will flicker causing my PC to shutdown. This is a basic device and just the right size. I also like the design.

I needed a replacement for my old UPS, and this APC - Back-UPS 450VA was on sale. I was worried about its capacity -- can a small 450VA carries my desktop computer, and its monitor, speakers, a router and a printer? But after I plugged everything in, no problem. I did a few tests by intentionally cutting the power -- everything kept running. This is good enough to provide time for me shutting down everything when the real power outage comes.

Only had this Battery Backup for about a week or two, but very satisfied with the plug arrangement. many backups waste plug access because of longer "boxes" as part of the plug itself. This item has the plugins as two regular and 4 at horizontal allowing the longer plugs without interfering with or covering another plugin.

This backup is very simple, easy to use. APC is a brand I go to for battery backups (based on history of using in IT departments I once oversaw). I've never been disappointed. Power does fluctuate for us and this product (and the similar APC BU's I've purchased) work just the way you want.

UPS works great. Very quiet. Easy to set up and go.

A good backup solution for a network computer station

Great product to use for power surges. Main reason is to help when the power just flickers. This will prevent some of my devices from shutting down when this happens

The item was want I needed for my backup. I have had it installed and the battery is up and it works.

Works as advertised. Love it. I got this to protect my tv and other appliances. It does a great job.

I have many UPS throughout my home to protect my televisions, computers, tablets, smartphones, game systems, and other small electronics. It is the added protection from direct surge into my home.

Bought it for $29, mainly to avoid modem and router reboots because short power outages. It was easy to setup, turned of all sound notifications and forgot about it. It doesn't have much features, but form me main one is enough keeps my equipment powered and protected.
