We occasionally lose power and I no longer have a laptop so I needed something to protect my desktop computer for power outages. It’s small but sufficient and even has extra outlets and surge protection!

This is a nice unit easily mounted on the wall for an out-of-way installation. Runs cool to the touch while powered up.

Put my Verizon Fios WiFi Router and ONT on the battery back up outlets. Haven’t tested it yet but did pull the plug a few times. Those things don’t really draw much power so I’m assuming it will give the family time to save and shutdown from mobile devices and laptops and to gracefully exit any live video conferences and calls. I don’t expect it to last for hours.

Perfect for surge protection and back up power in case of outage. This was highly recommended for my business and it works perfectly! I am very happy with my purchase.

Have had for almost two years and they are working like I expected them too. Easy set up and enough power for the low draw devices I have hooked up to it when the power goes out.

Really good battery backup, new design takes a lot less space than the old version and overall a good investment to keep the PC safe.

You pay a little more for the APC name but I think it is worth it. This works great for lower load items to keep power during short term power loss or until you can get your generator started. It should be noted that this is a bit different from most other APC UPSs in that the battery is not user replaceable. This should not be a big deal since usually the batteries cost about 80% of a full replacement anyway.

Works great, nice form factor. Bought to replace a previous one that started alarming after a lightning strike. Equipment was fine so I guess it did its job.

I purchased this battery backup/surge protector to replace the older unit that died on me. This model is much smaller and lighter than the old one and it has been reliable so far.

Years ago I had lightning zap some computer equipment and damaged my system. At the time I was using an APC battery backup from APC. I made a claim and was back up an running very soon after with new equipment and a new backup unit.. So from that point on I have always used the APC units over all other..

APC Ups are usually pretty good. These are pretty good, I have 2 up and running. Easy setup.

It works well as a surge protector and keeps the computer running long enough for a controlled shutdown.
