I purchased this battery backup for my internet modem / router. It seemed that every time the power would flicker, my modem would go off and sometimes it wouldn't reset. I had everything plugged into a surge protector but still had issues. Since getting this battery backup, I have had the power flicker with a recent storm and no problems at all with my modem. I have my laptop plugged into the battery backup also and it gives me peace of mind to know I won't lose any work if the power goes out. It gives me time to save things and safely turn things off. Very happy with this purchase!

Everyone should use these for computers, network equipment and even AV equipment. Better than just a surge protector, it protects aganst brownouts too. You can connect via USB and shut a computer down cleanly in the event power stays off for any length of time.

I got a few of these on sale, super light & hang nicely. I’ve connected my WiFi mesh routers to them & various smart home hubs. Pretty cool that I can unplug rolling electronic carts & move them to the other side of the room & not lose power. Down side is no cat5/6 port or swappable battery replacement.

This has been solid so far. No battery issues yet and had been through multiple power outages.

Always get the protection plan. You never know when something is going to happen. It’s nice to have this safety net.

These last longer than the other cyberpower equivalents. No more coming into the office with all the UPS's crying (beebing) out for help.

Works good. Doesn’t have the staying power of UPS with larger batteries, it is good enough until the solar battery kicks in. It is disappointing that the battery can’t be replaced or easily removed for recycling when it goes bad. Not good for the environment.

So far I have no complaints. I'm using this for my entertainment center since there are occasional power outtages in my area, which led me to invest in multiple units. This keeps my TV, receiver and Nvidia Shield from shutting down during brief interruptions.

Used this to condition the power going into my Comcast router. Works great and keeps the internet on during power outages

We were always have momentary drops in power, not enough to turn the lights off, just enough to make them blink...and to knock our cable modem and router offline and force a reboot. This UPS is just the right size to keep our Modem, router, and smart hub up and running for the brief time our power drops. It won't run a laptop or PC but it isn't meant too. It has enough power to keep the network up for around 30 min or so for those blackouts that last a few moments but I am happy that it keeps things running during those hardly a second blackouts.

I bought the Battery Backup to give power in my deep rural neighbor. No trees have fallen so I don't know if it works.

Good enough for a regular PC or hardware appliance. Note: This model does not have the USB connection to the PC, so it is basically a "dummy" battery pack and your PC will not be shutdown automatically if the power fails for a long time.

I have bought many in the past and really like this one. Simpler set up than the past. Easier to connect battery now and option to turn sound off is easy.

Got a great deal on Black Friday so i got two. Had APC before they work very well. Wasn't really concerned about replacing batteries because of the great deal. Easy set up. Ideal for protecting a computer, monitor and printer or tv and av equipment.

Replaced a 1500 that quit charging and seems to do just fine on my desktop and monitor only.
