easy to install and it's already been put to the test, we had a blackout and it protected our computer.

This item is light weight and keeps my computer and other office items safe incase there is a power outage.

My previous back up battery went dead...as it went beyond its normal age and I went to Best Buy to check on their products and decided to downsize and buy this product. I really like it! It's enough to fill my needs...plain and simple.

Great UPS, not much bigger than a normal surge protector. I tried it out using just my Desktop and it ran for almost 30 minutes.

Use as backup power for office wireless router. No issues just make sure you plug router into powered sockets.

I bought the APC-Back-UPS 450VA surge protector (UPS) for three computers in my home. The APC products are very reliable and this model is no exception. This model will not run your computer for hours (only a few minutes). But, that is enough to get you through short drops in power or if an actual power outage happens it gives you enough to save your files and shutdown properly.

We have had only one glitch in our power since we bought the unit.. It happened when we wern't around. So, all I can say is that the computer booted and worked OK. It is kind of hard to assess something you never want to use.

Works well. Small enough to fit next to the printer. Lasts about 2 hours after power is out.

Being in IT many years I've come to rely on APC products. Not only are they reliable they offer the best protection on the market.

Works as described. Just installed. Manufacturing date was 2016 though.

I have several of these around my house for light applications. I wouldn't run a computer or anything important on them unless you just need a couple of moments of battery power in an outage to shut down. I have one on my gas water heaters (yes, they require electric, and not much at all - so it keeps my heaters running in an outage), I have another on a whole-house water shut-off valve, and I have yet another on my cat's automatic litter box. So far so good. The only "buyer beware" is that unlike many APC products where the battery is user serviceable, on these - they are NOT - which means after a couple years they're going in the garbage which is a huge environmental faux-paus on APC's part in this day and age.

Works great but didnt realize there were no integrated USB charging ports. Something to think about for the next time.
