This is a very basic UPS without many perks. CONS: There are no USB ports for power, no management ports for monitoring, and the battery does not appear to be replaceable. The battery connection is a very thin cable on the bottom of the unit, unlike most other APC devices. Power output (run time) is limited. PROS: APC made it easy to disable the audible alert (beeping) when it switches to battery power. Outlets are well spaced. This UPS was reasonably priced. Warranty is three years. I am using this to maintain power for a cable modem, access point, and a small 5 port switch. Buying this product was cheaper than a replacement battery for the APC I had performing the same role. I expect the battery to just outlast the warranty period.

Living in Florida seems to bring a lot of power surges. The APC backup stops the gateway from rebooting all the time and gives us the chance to shut things down if we lose power.

Every one needs atleast 3 of these in their home!! Well worth the money spent!! This was a replacement item as well!! Been using these for over 15 years!

Works well as a battery back up and surge protector. We haven't tested it for more than a few minutes but it's protected some high priced electronics during short power outages.

I keep the battery backup stored in my network closet where it provides backup power to my modem, router, cloud drive should I lose power. Highly recommend for basic protection and if data loss is a concern.

Feeling safe that our TV's appliances and big $ items are protected from power surges and outages.... Having these connected gives you the time to safely shut off or shut down your devices. Love them !

This is our second one of these to buy. We like that we can depend on it to keep our computer running during a power outage and the surge protector has saved our computer many times During lighting storms.

The previous UPS I had finally gave up and I needed a replacement. The footprint on this particular model was much better suited to my needs as was the price point. So far it has worked flawlessly.

Very compact unit. Only a third the size of my former 550 vac UPS. I also liked the easy setup that did not require physically handling the battery.

APC is known for their UPS's and this is no exception. Has enough battery backup power to properly power down NAS, and keeps router and modem on long enough to close out current activities.

It works just fine to keep my cable modem & router up and running in the event of a power loss. I like the taller design with the plugs on the top - makes it much easier to plug things in.

I bought a cheaper battery back up at Walmart thinking it would be fine. After the first power failure it failed me. So I went to Best Buy and got the reliable APC battery back up. Won't buy any other

I purchased this to smooth out power disruptions after hurricane Florence. Attached the phone cable box, wifi server and alarm system. Worked great! Cable DVR and TV will be next.

Works like it should and pleased so far. No issues with set up.

I purchased two of these to backup my modem and router as well as my security system. They were easy to install and have performed well during a recent power outage.

I use this to make sure my network doesn't go down during a power outage and it does it's job.

Been using APC Products for years, it is my go to brand. I've never had a problem with them in the past. The smaller version is for a temporary power outages only, and will not back up for hours.

Bought this to protect a small freezer that always shuts down during a power cycle during storms. Ever since it was plugged into the freezer, never had a problem again.

This is the third APC battery back-up device that we have bought. We use this one to power and protect the router and associated devices. It works exactly as we expected.

Replaced my older cyber power UPS that completely failed. The battery replacement cost more then just buying a new. I have always had better luck with APC. Worth spending the extra few dollars.
