APC is great as usual. Only brand I'll use for backup batteries. I own 2 right now, this one is for my bedroom TV and PS4. (I have a larger one hooked up to my desktop PC and 2 monitors.) This one was super easy to set up since you just have to pull out a tab on the bottom for the battery to work. If you have valuable electronics of any kind, these are very necessary in my opinion. Highly recommend this and all other APC UPS's

Had an old APC UPS die after 5-10 years, and looked for a replacement. This one doesn't allow battery replacement, but in reality I have never replaced a battery in the decades of UPS purchases I have made. So I would tend to accept their position that this is the most economical way to build these things. Very easy to set up as a replacement...

I buy these to protect my devices, they work great and the batteries last a while

Purchased to replace existing unit that was destroyed by lighting. But connected devices were fine.

I have several UPS devices from this company after loosing a computer to a spike years ago. These have never failed me.

Enough I use this with my desktop and with my audio and TiVo setup. Works as advertised with our frequent power outages.

We have "T-Mobile Home Internet" so when the power went out, we'd have to call HULU to let them know we were actually home (part of their security feature) .... WHAT A PAIN; we purchased this APC back up, and it works PERFECTLY. Oddly enough two days after purchasing the power went out for 5 minutes, and our internet stayed on, eliminating that phone call to Hulu (last call took an hour to get through to a rep)

Have had no issues since purchasing it. Had no outages, which I guess is a good thing.

Good UPS for the price. Only downfall is it does not have the connectivity for Power Chute so I swapped it to one of my TV where i don't need that function.

I bought a similar unit a year and a half ago and it looked to be the same model except it looked like it might be a newer version from the APC-Backup-UPS 600VA 7 outlet backup and surge protector that I had. The 600VA 7 outlet I have also has the Powerchute software and cable that plugs into the PC that monitors and shuts down the PC. My 600VA unit also has a runtime of about (it tells me) 40 minutes with the full load computer and monitor running. Thus, I don't have to worry about being home if the power goes out for the system to shut down by itself. I know this because it's already proven itself while I was on a trip. I leave the computer on so I can remote into it for important documents when I’m away. Although this is a good unit: Be Aware, THIS UNIT the 650VA 7 outlet has only a load runtime of about around 10 minutes on a full load I have found (from experience) and DOES NOT come with the Powerchute software or cable to hook up to the PC that monitors the total battery system or shutdown procedure. I was disappointed that I made this mistake. I found that most of these units don’t. I guess it will do the job for my other computer, but I'll have to be here when the power goes out to safely shut down the computer. Next time I'll thoroughly look at the specs. Nevertheless, APC makes great units.

I've always used APC Back-Ups, and this unit is reliable and affordable. Highly recommend.
