Good product going to buy another one tomorrow after work.

Needed something to protect my work computer and offer some peace of mind against power surges, which were common in my previous rental.

Good battery for small things. Can't attest to the protection.

After some initial difficulties, the back up /surge protector is working fine.

This thing has worked perfectly. I have two, and both are just about maxxed out. power surges, bumps or brownouts are all handled beautifully.

This is one of the cheapest insurances you can purchase for your electronic devices. This can save you from hours of wasted time talking to multiple warranty departments.

Replaced a BN600 that has worked well for my PC many years until the battery died recently. Waiting for a replacement battery so I can use it at a second location to backup the ONT and RG.

Seems ok so far. Does it’s job. Very easy to setup and use.

I haven't had a power outage, so I don't know how well the back up works. I like the smaller footprint and the spacing of outlets.

Not much to say about this. I bought this to replace my old one (lasted about 6 years). Plugged it in, everything seems to work well.

I always buy APC when shopping UPC for protecting expensive or critical gear. My new $2K TV deserved the best so this was it. New battery connector external to the battery compartment is a nice improvement. Great deal at Best Buy as usual.

this is a must for all electronics that need protection and uninterrupted power like desktops and entertainment systems. this model does not connect to app on computer

Got this UPS, switching back to this brand from Cyberpower Systems because the former exhibited bad behavior during power outages when connected by USB port to a computer. Unfortunately, this one has no communication port at all - but that is OK, as it is in use on a phone modem which it would not be able to communicate with anyway.

Prefer the older models with a bigger, easily replaceable battery. Had a couple bad out of the box which is very out of the ordinary. They do their job well and the battery isn't quite so important now that devices are using less power.

Works as expected. I especially like the new method for connecting the battery. Instead of removing the battery all you need to do is pull a plug on the bottom, turn it around and plug it back in. Very nice.

Bought this to keep my cable box, TV, and Echo Gen 3 operational until the generator kicks in. It takes over 20 minutes for my cable box to reboot after a power interruption. Works like a charm.

My son needed this back up for his computer and three monitors but a week it only works for the monitors and he had to disconnect his computer so he to buy another one
