An APC UPS is always a good value and Best Buy sold it for a good price.

Perfect UPS for general computers. I wouldnt use this for a server, but its great for a simple desktop

Working as advertised. It replaced a very old Cyberpower unit that wouldn’t stop beeping when the power dropped (after replacing battery).

Works great, but doesn't have a data cable to alert the system that it is running on backup, so having it gracefully shutdown when the battery is low isn't an option.

I needed an additional UPS for my Communications Panel. Since I had previously purchased this item and was very satisfied with it. I purchased this item.

The unit has the capacity to handle the cable modem and the router so our distance learners do not have interruptions due to Hawaiian Electric gliches.

This is a new APC backup UPS design from the decades offered units with replaceable batteries. The battery is not replaceable (APC says it is maintenance-free). In addition, there is an activation jumper (connector) for the battery that is difficult to pull up and then insert into its intended prongs. My jumper was so hard to release that the prongs actually bent and I had to straighten them with piiers. After battery activation, the APC unit seems to be working fine. Anyone with small fingers might have an issue with this battery activation process. USPS delayed delivery 28 days through their Montgomery AL facility.

Best Buy note only had this item but it was in stock. I picked it up from the nicest customer service. Price was reasonable.

Works great! After 10 years my previous backup went out. I replaced it with this product. It is also much lighter than the previous model.

Does what it’s supposed to do. What else could you ask from an UPS.

A little confusing on the instructions, but works the way it is supposed to. However, I thought it could handle my sump pump, but I was wrong -- I need something bigger.

Use this for my security system and it held up after 2 power outages within the first 2 weeks of using it.
