    Nice backup unit .. only issues is the plug spacing for cube type plugs. Might not handle them due to plug directions

    Worked as intended and hoped, for those living in regions where power outages are much too frequent. Allows me to shut down everything as soon as power goes out.

    This "updated" model is not as good as its predecessor. It does not have a replaceable battery, so when it dies, it's off to the recycling. Further, it did not handle loads well. I had the previous model, and there was no problem with the load I had on it. This one, however, tripped every time I tried to print with my HP Laserjet.

    A bit bulky, but it's definitely something that gets the job done! Having the built-in surge protector/battery backup is a huge plus.
