Excellent UPS battery backup for workstations. Slim design fits next to pc in small cabinets.

Got it to replace a much older unit that the battery was failing on after all these years. Same size as the older 450 VA unit. Took ten minutes to swap out mostly, to unbury the wire to the wall. Plugged it in and it worked. No need to charge it before use. Had APC units for 20 years or so now. Only knock is can't replace the internal battery on these models, but then they are a lot smaller so even trade.

This UPS is top-notch. We have purchased several in the last year or so and they just work. We used to purchase the 550 models and have now upgraded to the 650 models and love the longevity of the battery time on these units. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a solid-performing UPS.

it works very well. the unit has some weight to it so use caution when mounting to a wall. the power flashes many times in a month where i live, and this keeps my essential devises running every time, no problem.

I have been using APC Backups for many years and currently including this BVN650M1 I have 5 and all are still working. Especially with kids doing home/remote school and home based work these are an essential must have. They work very well during storms brownouts or blackouts ac to battery switch is quick. Just don't overload and it keeps your equipment safe.

APC is more costly than the other brands, but they are dependable and last for years. I had to purchase this one to replace the APC 550 model I use on my TV and electronics. I date my purchases it and it was from 2012! 8 years of continuous use is pretty darn good! This one also has 8 plugs but 6 of them are both surge and backup, which is 1 more than the old 550. Good move APC!

I've needed to get battery backups for two computers at home that didn't require a lot of management, as the person who uses those computers is not tech-savvy. I use APC backups at work, so I knew it's a good brand for what I needed. It's easy to see which outlets are powered and which are not, and there is no lengthy charging time needed. It really is plug-and-use.

You have insurance on yourself, your family, your cars, your house etc- just get the back-up battery to make sure if there's a power surge or some unexpected need, you did the right thing. The saying goes: It's not IF, it's WHEN. This small investment can save you on future costly items.

Extremely pleased with this product. I had previously purchased the competitor brand which has a similar output several months ago, although wasn't very impressed with the design and button functionality. This product was much more clear and better designed. My experience with this product will now steer me to recommending APC over the competition.

Everyone needs one of these. Equipment seems to run smoother and gives you all the protection you need. Haven't needed the battery back up yet but I expect it will perform as it was intended. I have always purchased the APC brand and will continue to put my trust in it to protect my equipment. Small price to pay for protection.

Love this item. So many outlets is what i needed!

Has been running like a champ for over 2 years. We have had several bad storms and power outages in that time, and this kept my pc, router, and a couple other gadgets protected.

This back-up works like a charm! We've already had a couple of local power outages, and this product kicked in brilliantly. Also, the USB charging port works quickly.

Works absolutely fine, we have frequent power outages in our area due to road construction. this backup pickups immediately after an outage and stays up for a good amount of time.

I have been using this product from past couple of weeks and found that it is as expected. There was power interruptions in my house and the voltage kicks in automatically so I didn’t loose my internet connection. I don’t have lot of expectations more than to support the internet modem and router during power failure and this UPS is working as expected.
