It allows me to charge devices without tying up a communication port. Used the curbside pickup option and I had the unit within five minutes.

Had it all charged up and forgot to hook it into my mother's power lift chair and during a thunderstorm the power went out and power lift chairs don't operate very well without power so she was stuck in her chair, after practically drowning on the way over to her house from the rapids that now formed in between our houses I made it and begin hooking the backup!!! Just so happened that right when I was pluging in the backup battery and doing so not paying anyattion done the power came back on and boy let me tell you it was extremely shocking!!! After drying off and a few minutes later I started coming back to my senses and finished hooking everything up ur and we areworked like it should! Definitely saved me

This replacement one I purchased lasted three months. Now the battery won’t hold a charge and it off puts an odd smell.

Appears heavy duty, My previous unit was also APC and battery lasted > 5 yrs . It has 7 outlets compared to 8 outlets on old unit .

Saved our Switches

We had some bad thunderstorms and it took the damage of the lightning surges and saved the switches in our server room. We did have to get a new one, but it did its job.

Does what it is intended to do. Keeps computers online long enough to close applications and shut computer down properly.

A few days after I got it there was a loss of power to my home. It immediately took over with no difficulty and served for about 10 minutes until power was restored.
