have been buying apc baterry backups for years. new design is great and got a good price here at best buy. nice feature over older backups, alarm is silent when electricity goes off and doesn't start beeping until the battery is almost out of energy.

We bought this UPS to keep our internet powered up along with our cell booster. When the power flickers which happens frequently our internet has to reboot and kills our cell booster which then can take days to find good GPS and give us cell service again. It’s horrible so we connected the modem, router and cell booster to this and so far it’s been awesome. We’ve been out from a quick flicker to several hours and we had continuous service with no interruptions.

Peace of Mind by acquiring this product. It is the right use of money.

Awesome battery backup, I have my internet modem and router hooked up to this so I always have internet even if the power goes out. Great devices

I bought the power supply for my modem and wifi. During power outages, my wifi tends to come back on line faster than the modem and interrupt service. We have already had one brief outage and the UPS kept everything working as expected.

Works great for my needs, I use it for my TV, modem, router and cable box. It has saved me several times from power outages in storms, don't know how long it will last running all items but kept internet service up while lightning storm took out power.

I purchased this battery backup to replace one that had failed after one and a half years. The manufacturer is sending a warrantied replacement, but I need this one now. The electrical system in Midland is very hard on desktop PCs (not laptops) so I consider it necessary. I have used over 20 of these and this was my first failure from APC.

Purchased this UPS as we moved away from cable to streaming channels only. Used this UPS during Hurricane Harvey, and it performed perfectly.

It has saved my computer twice since i bought it. Once from a small black out from a storm and once from poor wiring in my home where the current has dropped then spiked saving my pc power supply unit. recently had to replace my power supply unit in my computer because of the power fluctuations in my home. i get on average about 5-8 minutes to shut down my computer.

I was reluctant to purchase this but when Chris from the Geek Squad advised me of the reasoning to purchase for expensive electronics it was a no brainer. Plus I am not worried about damage from inclement weather.

I've only had mine hooked up for a few weeks now, but it has totally eliminated the problem I was having with the power going out for a moment and the computer shutting down. We've had storms come through a lot that affected power only for a few seconds. This provides steady power. No problems with it so far. I did download the Power Chute software and have it connected to my computer to shut it down in case of the power staying out longer, but it's not happened yet so I can't speak to that issue. On a previous computer, I has a similar set-up and it worked fine, though, so I assume this will as well. Thinking about buying a second one to plug a computerized sewing machine into, to lessen chance of damage. Small price to pay to keep electronics safe.

This is a great back up battery & surge protector. We've had one before & just got this new one. Its really nice & has come in handy for our phone system & many other devices.

I purchased this to use for a computer that runs an industrial machine in our shop. We've had power fluctuations and it was starting to cause some issues. This is a great small unit and fits in a small place.

If you don't own one of these, you should BACK UP to your local store and pick one up ASAP! There's no better feeling than plugging this in and plugging your devices into it to ensure that they're safe from power outages and power surges!

This is perfect for what we needed to replace an existing APC.

When I switched to VOIP, I needed a back up battery. The Best Buy website was helpful and easily directed me to the manufacturer's website which has the information that I needed. The unit was easy to install and I had no problems.

probably a little more then I need. Works great. Has load status battery status and all the other options. Protects my Big Screen TV and other stuff. When there is a power hit my streaming to my TV is not affected. yes I love this item.

I was replacing the previous back-up. I like that this unit is smaller and more stylish than the previous one. I am not a heavy user so I do not need an industrial looking unit and this one fits perfectly in a shelf of my desk.
