    This was purchased as a battery backup for A/V system - TV, receiver, BluRay, Roku, Cable box. No problem on install (you must open the case to connect the battery + terminal) and it's been working fine ever since purchase. I have multiple other APC units and trust APC to keep computers as well as my AV system protected (and working) through brief power hits/brownouts.
