    Had to replace older APC product and this was the replacement model. The Power Chute program works very well with this unit - there are some new features with this APC unit that provide more detail on operation of unit. The only two issues I have is from time to time the unit alarms with constant tone and green power indicator light is out. If you press the power button a couple of times it turns back on and works until the issue repeats. I have tried reducing sensitivity to see if that helps. The second issue is that if you plug a vacuum cleaner in the outlet - the unit immeadiatly trips.
