It was a plug-and-play replacement for an earlier APC that was quite a few years old that died (not just the battery.) The only issue I have with this one (and with most others) is that given the way the outlets "face" there isn't enough space for all of my "wall wart" power supplies. They would fit better if at least some of the outlets were rotated by 90 degrees.

Good UPS for Computer

It has worked well and without any issues. One thing I like about it is that it is easy to turn the alarm off so it doesn't keep beeping when the power goes out (which is what the UPS it replaced did).
