It won't charge and when I use the software to run a self test, it resets. It also throws a building wiring fault light when plugged into the outlet where my PC is at whereas the other model didn't. I took it around the house and plugged it into random outlets, some old and some recently installed and the wiring fault light came on for some and not for others, no rhyme or reason to why. I ordered a replacement battery and that didn't fix it. I'd have to assume the unit is bad and I'm past the kind 2 week return period for Best Buy but I'm not going to purchase another one to find out.

The site wiring fault on the UPS can occur on the UPS for the following reasons: overloaded neutral wire, reversed polarity, and a missing ground wire. There may be something going on with the outlet itself that isn't wired correctly and we would recommend having an electrician look at it. Only lasted a month...

However, within a month one is already bad and will not hold a charge. Very disappointed in the quality of the UPS. The other is still working but I think I will be replacing both soon.
