The product battery died within two days of purchase. The store replaced the unit immediately with one in stock, but of lesser capability.

Recently purchased 2 of these to replace older models that needed new batteries. The replacement batteries would have cost almost as much as buying new. The thinner profile works well and lighter weight means I can place it on my desk instead of under it. Plenty of outlets for my computer and accessories.Waiting for a power failure to see how long the battery power lasts.

Had to return this one. Wouldn't run my gaming PC. Died the second the power blinked.

I have had for 4.5 years and still working great !!

The unit is emitting unbearable high pitch noise regardless of what load the UPS is put under, I'm shocked that this product passed quality control, I'm very disappointed and tired from the hours of cabling work that I had to do to accommodate for the UPS....all for nothing. With the high pitch sound I cannot focus and be productive, nor will I will be able to sleep in my room. I have submitted ticket #45103235 with APC, wonder what will they say.

Aw always with APC, great build quality and features. I like the new design versus the old brick layout. Much more compact.

Good ups still working good without any problem. Do recommend others to buy

I've only had his surge protector for a little while, and even if it was mostly my wife who needed it (make sure jone of her work would get lost if there was an outage) it's really been useful to me too. Especially if I'm playing a game and an outage happens, I can definitely have time to save so none of my progress is lost. The battery back-up on this has definitely been a life savor for us, for both professional and entertainment purposes.

I really needed for the serges, which are or happen to be really bad in the area I live. I live in a farming community. We have a tendency of having pretty bad power serges here. For the last few months I have had a problem of sitting and playing and all of a sudden my computer would just shut down and the alarm would sound like the power was out. Yesterday we had a lot of problems with power serges. and the backup is barely two years old. I hope I can get it replaced or at least the battery replaced. Really can't afford another computer or backup system.

I have this exact model, when my power went out my son ran his xbox one and his 55" samsung 4k tv for almost 3 hours before this thing finally died!! I love it and have since bought 2 more!!! Best investment I've made in years!

Very good equipment and dependable. The batteries life goes beyond three years in most cases.

I bought this because I live in Florida and we are always having power surges and I have burned out at least 1 computer. I read reviews and went to the store to buy a different product, but this was one much better and not much more money. It was easy to set up. We haven't lost power since I purchased it so I haven't gotten a chance to really test it.

Died unexpectedly on me 5 times already and every time it did a continuous beep. I wake up at 4am disoriented just because of the noise of this thing & the PC was not even on. I had to unplug the internal battery in order to make it stop. I can't have this thing destroying my computer & my sleep. I bought it to make sure My 1000+ dollars investment stay safe. But this thing is just failing and cutting power at any time. I am surprised my PC is not broken yet. I had a good impression of APC but is just another company selling junk after all, I suppose. I wish we could give it minus 5 start.
