Two days after I installed the battery backup, we had a power loss while I was working on a large document. Thank goodness it allowed me to save my revisions and close out all open work.

This works very well. I got it for my new gaming PC because we get a lot of brownouts in Orlando, but now I don't have to worry about it.

In times of emergency, it act as battery back -up for your devices with out them causing to short circuit.

I have some of the larger backups, but this one works nicely as a multi-plug extension. Having the battery backup is a bonus.

The APC Back-UPS 900VA is a good value of power to cost, and it also is a great size to fit behind Audio/Video components.

Needed a new backup and have always used APC products. Gave this one a try and it works great. Was going to mount this to the inside of my desk but decided to just sit it on the floor as it's not as deep as the older models. The only downside, which is common to all of them, is that if you don't have a normal size plug you'll end up taking up more than one outlet without using a short extension cord. Otherwise, no issues at all. Running Win 10 and my system has switched to battery at least once a week due to minor power issues; so it's already paid for itself.

I use the APC Backup on my internet and security cameras it is great. I do not lose connection during power interruptions

I installed unit in a business connected to a server. When electric power fails, unit will give client ample time to save data before shut down.

We were recently watching a blu-ray movie when the power went out. Thanks to this UPS, we were able to finish watching our movie in the dark.
