That was my biggest concern because many of the devices I use have the over-sized AC adapters. But this allowed me to plug in my cable modem, my router and my IP phone without trouble. The only thing I don't like is the display and the length of it's own cord, I could have used an extra foot on the cord. The display is cool but not necessary.
