Basic hardware translates to the residential market, but there are better home products than this that have fantastic additional features that actually work as marketed. Plug configuration and software interface are the cons on this one, but I trust it whole-hearted to protect and back-up my home equipment.

It came ready-to-use - but the use-case hasn't been demonstrated yet (no power blips or outages.) This is the kind of thing that could easily be rated poorly and is hard to rate as above average.
