However, for a laptop or small desktop with built-in graphics it would be OK.

During a test of the backup, it would just turn off. When it was plugged back in, it would not turn back on when you pushed the on/off button. This happened on two units. The third unit did work correctly.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After two weeks, the UPS began a solid tone, but without any LED indicators on the power switch. The power switch stopped working at this point. The only load on the device was a monitor and an 8-port switch, so I know the device wasn't overloaded. I removed the monitor and switch, and let the UPS discharge fully. I then recharged it again and I plugged in a PC with APS' PowerChute software to test it. Tests ran successfully with no errors and I reconnected the monitor and switch. It's worked correctly since. But I don't trust it. I've been an APS user for over 20 years, but I admit, after this UPS I went and bought a CyberPower to try.

I would take out all the plugs that I had in it and let it recharge and then it would work ok for day or so but then would start beeping. (I never had a power outage or power surge) Finally it would not charge at all. I thought it could be the battery but I had had it only for 2 weeks and the battery should not fail that quickly so I looked at the instructions and it did not give me a telephone number, only a web site (Well when you canit work your computer how do you get in touch with them!!!!!!) Feed up and returned it to BB.

The BN900M is set to a quiet alarm by default, so it should only alarm if it reaches a low battery condition. In this condition it will be 2 times every 30 seconds. If you turned the alarm back on, the unit will beep 4 times every 30 seconds while on battery. Our support team may be reached at 800-800-4272. Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a really good idea but the wires that attach to the battery are very short and keep disconnecting so this is really just an expensive surge protector with multiple outlets. DO NOT BUY!!! It would have significantly increased the cost of the item to make the wires connecting to the battery longer.
