Wish the outlets would allow larger plugs to not restrict some outlets from being available.

This is a cosmetic issue with the unit and would not affect the performance of the unit. Every outlet on the battery backup portion no longer works and the unit does not power on. There weren't any surges or power losses when this happened either (which is what it's designed to handle so I'd be surprised if that's what caused it to fail). Followed manufacturer troubleshooting to no avail. Still under warranty, however I'm still quite disappointed.

Typical life span of UPS on average is 7-10 years but that will depend on environment and factors such as input power quality. Also this UPS would come with a 3 year warranty just in case there are factory defects. WiFi backup

For short/intermittent power outages or even electrical work in the house it is convenient to avoid a complete reset of my WiFi and network equipment
