Great performance for my WiFi system set up and for any use

Only have ever needed two UPS for my home office. We use APC at my place of work and they have always met the needs of the business. Where I work we often experience electrical bumps and outages and have had occasions when voltage has spiked or dropped to a non-usable level. The APC UPS handles all these anomalies with ease.

I had another brand of UPS fail and replaced it with this one. I have owned APC in the past and this one is the best yet. Updated controls make it easier to silence and alarm, view the quality of power derived to the device, etc. Well designed and manufactured. Excellent choice!

I now have piece on mind, if and when my power company decides to hiccup.

I had an earlier version of this battery back-up for a long time. When I disconnected it to remodel the room and reconnected it, it was dead, even though it was plugged in in another room. The new one caused a window to pop-up, stating that the back-up feature was not working. I have written to the website and am awaiting a response.

Had a very difficult time getting the software to download as instructed. If you read the instructions it states that a certain program must be on the computer but nothing stating this was on the box to be seen before purchasing. took several calls to Tech support to finally get unit installed. Only way I knew to test after installation to make sure unit functioned was to unplug unit for the power to make sure the back up worked and took over to supply the unit.

Product working very well so far. I have used APC UPS systems for years now. Only upgraded because it cost almost the same to buy a new UPC than to buy a replacement battery for my old unit.

Works as expected. The backup helps gove clean power to my devices and saves me during small power putages.

Wife works from home. She can't afford the loss of system or especially her data. We have used APC for years. So when her old Battery back-up died (stretched it's service life from 3 years to 8 by replacing the batteries) this was a logical choice. Great system.

This equipment buys "peace of mind" and although you may not even remember its there, you will immediately when a blackout hits you. You know it will happen, soon or later, it will happen... and because "Murphy" is always 24/7, it will in the worse moment... be ready...!!

Love this UPS! Exactly what we needed, small footprint, works great!! Bought 2 of the same prior to this one for our tv, dvr, etc. so came back and bought a third one for our kitchen island to protect cell phones, headphones, kitchen scale etc.

Amazing item, and got it at a great price.I use this item for my business and it truly is essential.

I came back to APC from another brand. What a difference in build quality !! With my new APC, I could HOT SWAP the battery back. They even made it easier to pull the old batteries out of their operating space (really tight). No more skinned fingers ! And 5 battery protected oulets
