Just google this product and the word Chirp... It makes a constant rhythmic chirping noise that will eventually drive you mad.

this one died in less than 2 months. Would not turn on, tried different outlets, tried to reset breaker on back, still would not turn on. Returned unit. I've had APC branded UPS units for decades, this is the first time I've had one fail. I bought another, a 1500VA instead, and now am hooking the computers and monitors and such to it.

A business was in a pinch after a lightening strike. It lost a computer and several switches. I installed the PAC backup to protect two computers in the office and connected devices. It is working great and gives peace of mind to the business that they can handle another storm. I reviewed various backup/surge protectors and this one seemed the best to me - great protection at a good price.

The Back-UPS Pro 1350 is a strong performer toward the high end of the APC product line. It features 6 outlets protected from surges and power outages, and 4 outlets offering just surge protection. It also has 2) USB jacks to protect USB from surges. The display provides voltage, current, wattage, remaining time and much more. The display times out but can be left on by pressing a button and holding it. Unfortunately the display produces an annoying high pitched whine, an oscillating sound, so I chose to leave the display off. SUMMARY: This is a robust, excellent performer and provides excellent protection against power surges. Highly recommended.

Not impressed. It works fine until it doesn't. Won't turn on whatever troubleshooting steps that I take.

Unit failed on me on the first time my power went out with a f02 error code. Unit was less than a month old it was fully charged and I was only using half of the wattage it was rated for.

Reliable, worth the upgrade from cheaper models. So nice to have a mute button!!=

The power went out a couple weeks ago and the battery backup we had was bad. We replaced it with this one and we’re good to go for the next outage!

First one died immediately within a month. Wouldn't charge or power on.

I've been using backup power supplies for both my computer systems and audio/video components for over 20 years now. As we're in an area that gets more than a few momentary power blips, it's an essential for us. The power will blink for a second, and the cable box goes into reset mode for 3-5 minutes - very annoying. Same thing working on a computer - have to restart, most likely losing or corrupting whatever I'm working on at the moment the power died. Here's the difference with this unit - in the past, when the batteries had gone through their life cycle, the cost of replacement batteries was just about what I'd pay for a new UPS, so it just wasn't worth it. But this is such a solid unit, I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping it around for awhile. The unit packs plenty of power, more than enough to keep an LED tv, cable or Roku box, and a soundbar running. The display is big, bright, bold, and has all the pertinent info you need. The front USB ports are an excellent upgrade to units I've had in the past. I was happy to see one of them was a C port; I didn't check the amperage for the ports, but I was surprised to see how quickly it charged my phone. You might think I'm crazy, but there is one feature that endears this to my heart - a silence button right on the front that works! Hold it for 2 seconds, and the speaker icon comes up on the display with a line through it indicating sound disabled. My dog hates beeps - from the smoke alarm, microwave, toaster oven, whatever. She'll whine for an hour after hearing a random beep. My previous UPS beeped continually while on backup power. We've had 2 power outages since I installed this unit, and it's been totally quiet. The only caveat I would issue is that this is a heavy piece (22+ lbs) so it's not for a flimsy computer desk, tv stand, or shelf. But if you're basing it on the floor, or have sturdy shelving, it's a very nicely designed unit that's not ashamed to be displayed. My unconditional recommendation.

It was great, until it failed in about two weeks. It would not power on, no display, circuit breaker had no effect, and there was power on the outlet it was plugged into. So, I returned it!

Two months old and the unit keeps cutting off and preventing power from getting through. Batteries indicate fully charged.

In the front side there are two USB power ports to charge your phone during the power outage. There is a coaxial in and out to connect the cable modem. The digital display is great and very easy to read as well. It will display key information like in and out voltage, total power consumption in watts, time remaining etc. This system working flawlessly during power outage and i did not even notice the power outage. I have connected my computer, modem and other important devices and all were working more than 2 to 3 hours without any issues. PowerChute software is good option to save your work automatically before shutting down the PC. I have a 34 UW monitor, 4080 with ryzen 5800 x 3d. I have a second 32 monitor and my work laptop connected. I have my standing desk connected to it. This thing handles everything like a beast, and I feel safe that all these will survive. I had to use the battery one time when lighting took out my power. Let me turn off the pc safely. Battery shows to be ok, no need to replace the battery yet. Maybe next you I will look into it. If you have a big PC, desk set up. Wanna protect your purchases, get this.

Although I just acquired mine, I've seen the benefit of these units, first hand, during annual visits to Belize over the past few years.
