Best Buy cannot honor the exchange and any Greek repair would void the warranty. There is no point buying the product at Best Buy when APC itself is selling the similar product for same price

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This device just had an FO4 error that shut down my network controller w/ video cameras, entire network and POE devices, 4 drive NAS, and RasPi with Home Automation. Ear piercing sound that I couldn’t stop until unplugging everything and disconnecting battery. 11pm Saturday night. I wouldn’t buy another one of these or anything from this company and I wouldn’t troubleshoot it and put it back in place to test it with one load at a time to see if it does this again.

The F04 is a clamp short error typically happens when a surge hits and the UPS stops output so that your load does not get damage. This UPS would come with a 3 year warranty. I've read other reviews that have said that same. That being said, it worked great in a lightning storm that took out the power.
