Easy install, worked out of the box fine.

Using a Fluke 87, I got 109V at the outlets, not good at all. Had to send it back...

Still Haven't Fixed the Chirping
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This UPS gives off a low chirping sound every few seconds. I saw a response from APC claiming that it was a known issue and they had fixed it. My unit still has that. I contacted customer support, but got no help whatsoever. I was given a set of steps to do a self test. I realize that the CS reps have to follow a script, but if this is a known issue, do I really need to do these irrelevant steps? After doing the self test and getting a result saying everything is fine, the CS rep responded, "I am glad I have been able to resolve your issue ..." This issue has not been resolved and now I get no response from APC. I have many APC units now, but I can't see buying more.

Unfortunately we have learned from customer feedback that some of the original units sometimes make a chirping noise like you are experiencing.
