Seems to be a good system for keeping my internet running.

I'm actually currently looking at 100 kVA UPS's. In the meantime until we replace our 150 kVA with a 100 I'm spot covering devices with APC thowdown UPS's and with that I sleep well at night in a 24/7 failure is not an option industry.

Does the trick and usually offers around 5-8 minutes of playtime for a gaming computer if you have short power outages.

Undoubtedly the worst UPS purchase I have ever made! The unit failed twice in the first month, and of course it was after Best Buy’s very short return period. So I contacted APC. They told me to turn it off when I left the house. That’s utterly ridiculous advice for a UPS, the purpose of which is to keep power on. APC refused to honor the warranty until I threatened to write their corporate headquarters, and then they only agreed to send a battery. Never again will I purchase any APC/Schneider Electric products, and I will be very careful what I purchase from Best Buy.

This is a great UPS, providing clean power to my system.

Not a bad product! Been using to power my gaming pc.

Seems to work so far except for 1) I don't know if it's my power Co. But it keeps turning on and displaying the power input to be 40VAC. 2) When I took the side off to hook up the battery the side came off just hine. But it will not go back on. Seems like the frame has been bent slightly .

Works Great & plenty of outlets. The slight tilt of the dispkay screen makes it easy to see if unit is on the floor.

Been buying this brand for many years. Top quality !! Good price through Best Buy and the warranty plan is a plus.

Battery operated for 2 months, then went to run on battery power when there was no outage and into permanent FO2 mode where alarm won't stop. Best Buy past return period, their service department was NOT helpful. Called APC support and they WERE very helpful. Sending a replacment battery. Assuming new battery works longer term, I will update the review.

Fits well in the server room. No issues setting up.

haven't hd to use it yet as no power outage since. Hoping will do the job.

Just wanted a new battery back up for the office. Hardest part was switching all the plugs over. Very easy to set up and I get updates from the program ! And the two additional plugs were great!

I've purchased three of this model in the last 12 months. They aren't as good as they used to be. APC must have changed suppliers for their switches as they are all junk now. Every one of the three I've purchased have the same problem. They power up fine on initial use, but if you power the unit down after a few hours, a few days or a few weeks, the units will not power up again. To get the power switch to function you have to unplug the unit, remove the battery and hold down the power switch for about 5-10 seconds, then put the battery back in and reconnect everything and power up. You have to do this EVERY time after powering down. This is ridiculous.

This battery backup worked great for nearly 4 months, then the battery loudly died at 3am. The warranty is useless

Got this system a month ago not to mention I have done got 2 more for a warranty through APC. The reason is bc the Sys would run great turn it off at night get up turn it on in the morning power button will not turn unit on at all. Not to mention this last one keeps clicking and their is not even a load on it. Got another APC same unit same identical thing happen power button dead. Soooo got another warranty and they sent me a sinwave unit well power button is working fine but when I do a test the test fails computer seems like it shuts down when Back-UP is on battery. So calling APC back Monday and see what they tell me. I am hoping my 4th unit will be awesome with no issues.

It doesn't offer a true sine wave which means a lot of devices will power cycle when you lose power.
