The power is so faulty in south Louisiana between random thunderstorms and 100 year old power line poles theres always something causing a quick surge or brown out which over time will damage your electronics but this ups always kicks in and keeps your stuff safe.

Does the job perfectly. I have used APC products for over 30 years in the IT industry and would expect nothing but the best performance.

I've been using APC UPS's for many years... they really are top-notch in reliability and longevity .The unit is about half the size of a PC tower and is it ever heavy, Battery inside must be huge .

Best money that I can think of spending. Had three quick losses of power that burned out my router and one of my other WiFi boxes.

Made for Floridians. Lightning is all over and definitely need this to protect your electronics. This has the cable surge protection. I purchased after losing 2 tv's through our cable boxes.

So far it is a good little item. It will come in handy for my cpap when the power goes out.

Had to get a bigger one when I rebuild my computer with one of the newer video cards - and the old one wouldn't handle the load. This thing is really heavy - and you do actually have to look at the instructions because it comes with the battery disconnected inside. But no complaints from it or my PC.

I have both the Cyberpower and APC UPSs, and generally I find both comparable. However, for Unraid, APC is a bit better given the ability to connect it with a USB, set an automatic shutdown schedule, and see wattage draw.

I have this powering my whole home theater setup, which always trips the breaker when the window air conditioning unit kicks on. Saves me a lot of headache when gaming so I don’t lose my progress.

Works as designed. Power brown out last week, and zero interruption with my TV and computer. I figured since the weather is getting more and more crazy every year its a good idea to protect all my expensive electronics and buy a couple of these. So glad I did before the bad thunder storms started up for the season!

APC uninterruptible power supplies have been my go-to for many years. I maintain a running server system in my home, and it is extremely important that it never experiences an unplanned shutdown so it is vital that I have a battery backup solution in place. The Back-UPS Pro series of UPSs has many nice features including information about power usage and potential run-times that helps me to be knowledgeable about the level of protection that I have available.

As far as being a battery backup, look no further. Seamlessly converts from electrical power to battery power. Highly recommend.

Battery backup / surge protector really works nice have had several over the years and it has completely protected my system on a lot of occasions with the battery back up I have enough time to finish what I was working on and save it with out any loss.
