I have a few of these units, my older one is still going and on it's second set of batteries. Using this one for my home network/internet/security devices.

Looks nice. Works seamlessly when we experience power surges.

I was reccomended this by a best buy worker, for my power related issues, then another worker told me that was incorrect But at least it protects better than a little surge protector So i used it for a weeks, turned if off, one windy night Now it wont turn back on I'm losing faith in geek squad Dropping my PC, not answering questions, unless i get an experienced person on the phone (by luck of the draw) I will be talking to the manager as i refund this Doubt i'll win a giftcard after this...so it goes

This work perfectly to our small comercial office.

So far no issues. Product performs as advertised time will tell. I'm happy with it so far.

I needed a new backup battery for work. It was easy to set up and worked as it should.

It's very convenient to have the APC UPS 1500VA, especially we have fre1quent power outage due to the bad weather.

I used item be my flat screen. Tv battery back. My area of town gets brown outs or power turning off for short period of time. This solves those issues and my tv will last longer.

I bought this UPS to power some of our network equipment, so far so good. Oeveo makes a sweet wall mount that fits like a glove. This is my second of the same unit, no complaints thus far.

Works seemlessly when there is a power spike or outage. East setup and install. Highly recommend

It turned out to be a bit bigger than I needed, but that just means it will power my system for that much longer. The USB connection and monitoring software work great.

Very unhappy with this APC-1500VA UPS. I've had it for 3 months and 1 day. A week ago it failed with an error code F02. No idea what caused the failure. I followed the recovery instructions, it ran for a couple more days, then the same failure code. Another reset, another 3 days and failed AGAIN yesterday. Just got off the phone with APC Service for warranty, they said the serial number I gave them was invalid so they wouldn't help me, and even if the serial number was valid, (I copied it off the serial number tag on the bottom,) the warranty period has now expired because it was received by me on Dec 30, 2025 and I've had it for over 3 months (1 day over). This is my FIRST and LAST APC unit. JUNK and only a 3 month warranty??? Doing a searching on APC 1500VA warranty says its 2 years!!! I wonder why the huge difference in warranty period??? Also, looked at negative reviews (I should have done this before the purchase) turns out the error codes F01 and F02 seem to be VERY COMMON and F02 may be accompanied with burning odors/smoke and damage to attached devices. So I have a unit that I wouldn't trust even if I could get it repaired. Maybe I can reuse the batteries since they are supposed to be new, but the rest of the UPS is worthless/trash. Good luck if you decide to buy one anyway and make sure your house fire insurance is up to date.

Living in California with PG&E is like living with a third world power grid -- probably because they spend so much for new trucks or lawsuits instead of upgrading the power grid-- in my humble opinion. I purchased several of these units to protect my office and home equipment. I am glad I did. The power in my neighborhood is constantly browning out or shutting down. These units have worked when PG&E didn't.

Great product with ample outlets. I use it to primarily back up Dell Alienware 17R5 and 42 inch LG 4K and Dell Alienware Desktop. Just plug in and go.

This model costs a little more than the next model down, but for me was well worth it. The additional outlets and the stand-alone on/off feature are why I chose this model.

Used to buy APC products a couple decades ago. I then switched over to CyberPower units and was very pleased with them. When my CyberPower 1500VA unit started to become a little noisy, decided to replace it. Could not find another 1500VA in stock, so decided to go back to APC. So far, like pretty much everything about this APC 1500. Seems to work fine ... but the actual test will be when I actually NEED it! That hasn't happened yet. The ONLY thing I dislike about this APC (vs my older CyberPower) is the self-test, which occurs every 2 weeks. This is not configurable. Would have given the product 5-stars if it were. I doubt if these self-tests will have any effect on unit or battery life ... but would like to be able to configure when I want the tests to occur, based on what I am doing.

decent for the money. I have to replace them every 2 years. swapping batteries usually does not work.

I get transient outages of less than a minute every few months. This keeps my computer running and I don't lose any work.
