I deployed my UPS with my computer equipment. Each time, it ran fine for the day. When I turned the UPS off for the night, I was unable to turn it back on the next morning. I returned the first unit for an exchange. For the second unit, I contacted APC's tech support who was able to resolve my complaint to my satisfaction. Too much work to get a satisfactory unit.

At this time, there are no known field issues related to the BN1500M2 model that have been cascaded to our technical support team. We assure that our units are being tested before they are released for sales. As long as this unit is handled following the instructions and used within its intended purpose, then everything should be fine. Now if in case of a failure, we also assure you that our skilled Technical Support Representatives shall be here to help troubleshoot and/or replace as necessary as this unit is covered with a 3 year warranty.

Great Battery Back Up Unit

It protects from brown outs and surges i receive from time to time. The last one fried my Netgear R6300 router so I bought this to protect my new tv and new router in the living room. With the new led tv i should have about 2.5 hours of tv to watch if the power goes out now with this size BBU.
