This unit is an insurance policy keep my computer equipment from sustaining damaged during monsoon lightning, and intermittent power interruptions. Basically, it's piece of mind!

DO NOT BUY THIS! This unit lasted 63 days (conveniently just past the return period) and then kept failing. It would not work longer than ten minutes without the incessent beeping and showing failure codes while on A/C power. It would not recharge the batteries at all. Never had any power outages to affect the unit. I talked with the manufacurer's support and after troubleshooting efforts, they said to return it, but it was past the return window for Best Buy. I walked in and tossed it on the recycle desk and walked out. HUGE waste of time and money. Avoid this model from APC!!

Fast switching UPS that has a very informative display that you can use to adjust the load as to how long you want it to last. I do like that it has two batteries in it vs. another brands 1000VA that only has one.

Handle my PCs requirements without any issues so far. Angled display on this unit more informative and visible. Unit is slightly smaller and have experienced less alarms going off than the previous 1300VA from APC.

Works as it should, I have had no problems with it.

Bought this for my wife's "work from home" setup since I have a similar model for my computer setup. APC is a brand I have trusted for years. I like the shutdown feature should I lose power while away from home.

Purchased 1 and it died 2 days later. Returned it and got a 2nd one. The second one lasted 8 months and died with a cloud of smoke. I am a Best Buy Total member. Best Buy excludes this product from their membership warranty program and will not tell you this when you purchase it. The manufacturer requires you to use Best Buy for the factory warranty return. Best Buy refused to take it back under the manufacturer's warranty. I am left with a pile of junk.

This UPS is powering sensitive equipment in a building with noticeable power issues and has fixed all of the power related issues.

Have the APC 1500 VA battery back-UPS for two months. So far so good.

Love the loss of power solved. Takes a few min it’s to set up. Space is not bad. Save my power interruption. I use zoom flickering power saves internet loss as well as data loss.

Great Product. Needed a quick back up battery for our server after our main server battery had burned out.

I bought this to replace another APC unit that failed after a respectable duration of service. It popped and caught fire. This is the unit I replaced it with, and the first failed within 3 months to a F06 error which is apparently a faulty weld. Best Buy was kind enough to replace my order outside their typical return window on August 6th. Last night on August 21st, the replacement unit failed with an F02 error. APC has been giving me the runaround for hours. They are trying to claim that this unit does not support gaming PCs. No, it is not over loaded. It is at 20% currently, and can get higher under load, but I have never seen it over 3 bars (60%) load. This is the same PC that was powered by an older unit with a lower wattage rating. It would stay on for roughly 30+ minutes on the battery alone. Both times this unit failed, it killed power to the PC. The power in the house didn't even flicker the first time, it was a clear summer day. The second there was a strike of lightning in a small freak summer storm at the time of the failure. The failure rate seems through the roof and APC does not help their customers. They make excuses. They make claims about compatibility when there is no list anywhere to show what is "compatible" with their backup. They have every excuse under the sun to avoid helping you when your unit fails after only two weeks and two days of use. Save your time, money, energy and computer and get an Eaton.

Awesone APC UPS Battery backup. I am real happy with the UPS backup. I’ve had absolutely no trouble with it and it’s been up for almost 6 months now. Great buy!

Works as it should. Replacing and older unit that was no longer holding a charge. I do like the display that allows for checking the status of the unit at a glance.

Really pleased with the build quality, location of the plugs. I'm really happy they have two usb plugs on the front, very convenient. I always suggest having a backup on your electronics, and so far, this one is great

Great for power security in a home office. I got this to power my network switch, WiFi AP, router and a NAS in case of an outage. Been in place for a few weeks now with no issues.

Bought this to replace a failed Cyber power that didn't have a replaceable battery. I have several APC ups, all have replaceable batteries. I'll not buy another cyber power.

A client of mine needed an APC - Back-UPS Pro 1500VA 10-Outlet/2-USB Battery Back-Up and Surge Protector - Black for their computer. This filled the bill perfectly!
