I bought this to power a PC at a location nearly 200 miles from home because I would not be able to get to it quickly if there was a power failure even though the location has underground power that rarely fails. I have not visited the site in weeks and it still seems to be up. The power rating is far above the anticipated load but it is worth it if you would have a hard time getting on site quickly in the event of a power failure. I usually use the smaller APC systems for indivadual loads and I have had great success with them.

Great protection product but doesn’t last as long as it should. Have to replace unit all too often. Not too cost affective for value. Needs to able to replace batteries at a reasonable price instead and being told by APC to replace unit each time.

This is the second one i have to protect my primary game system as well as my media center.

Replacing a 7-year-old APC with this one. They work well but do have a finite life expectancy.

Very nice back-ups for the money. Works great. It is quiet when is on, no problem so far. I would recommend it.

This was recommended by my IT Pro. The brown outs in our area are known to fry expensive equipment. This protects us from the power spikes. Working great! Finally peace of mind.

Got this because power spikes were making gaming computer crash during power hiccups. We have only had one hiccup since, and the computer kept running.
