APC makes great quality UPS', this has saved me numerous times from power outages. I have multiple Back-UPS for all of my devices.

Needed a power-surge back up for our xfinity modem, wifi router, and PC. Unit has surge protection hookups for comcast cable and network. Was able to plug more devices in to the APC unit. Power back up is important for us because my wife works from home and we have had enough issues with the internet going down, we don't need problems with power outages too.

I am really happy I bought this. Where I live we have frequent storms that come in quickly and causes power to go out. When I first bought this the battery would last 4 hours, great to be able to game when power is out in the rest of the house!

Easy to set up, small, and very reliable. Would recommend to anyone with a home office.

Nice UPS appliance. The only reason 1 less star is due to software issues. Instructions still have you download powerchute personal edition which would not connect to the unit from my server. Turned out I needed it's replacement software now called Powerchute Serial. Kind of a waste of time figuring that out.

Perfect for extended battery needs and this thing lasts forever!!

I use this on my home computer set up. This thing has saved my computer from serious powersurges due to my home being in a more rural area and our power being so variable. In the last 12 weeks alone this UPS has intervened 23 times. In some of those cases those surges frying other electronics around my house. My computer and monitor have been fine every time though. Well worth the money.

This is my first battery back up and it works great. And even with all of the complaints of this models slight chirping noise,well it isn't that bad. The reason I didn't give a five star rating,is because every once in awhile the unit will not power on. I found out that I have to disconnect,then reconnect the battery to get it to power on. I don't know if it's just the one I have or if it is my luck with things. Other than that,I'm glad that I have a battery back up. With that said,I'm not sure if APC is the best to go with. And when it's time to replace the battery,I may decide to try another brand.

Great UPS. Is supporting my home entertainment system. Best Buy had the UPS in stock and had its ready for pickup when I arrived. Great service.

This showed up earlier, which was nice. A backup is so important especially when working from home. APC has always been reliable. It is very heavy.

Great Purchase!!! I use it for my work computer. It allows me enough time to continue working and save my work before the battery is drained.

Performs as designed. Great price. Just make sure to connect the postive battery connection.

It's definitely a higher end UPS but that is reflected in the price. The battery in the unit died in 2.5 years. Product claims parts have a 3 year warranty. APC Support claims that the battery only has a 2 year warranty. Genuine battery cost a fortune, so I replaced with non genuine for about $40 and that seems to have worked fine. As far as I will ever be concerned, APC does not support their warranty.

Works great, keeps my router running for over 45 minutes when I lose power. I love it!

This has lasted 4 years. Numerous power outages. The battery is surprisingly still good but the unit doesn't charge sometimes and shorts out.

This a lifesaver. I use it for my gaming setup. It powers my whole setup and gives me 30 minutes to properly shut down my computer.

Works as designed, helped with all our issues and now have the battery backup we needed.
