I believe this is a 5-star product, that's why I bought it When I plugged it in w/o reading the manual it was not intuitive and I unplugged it. I'm having senior moments and struggled to get into the manual I used to write test and manufacturing process procedures, but I can't get my head into this. My problem, just needed to ask for cheese with my whine.

Great working unit, for the money it can’t be beat.

ordered online and received very quickly. the ups was easy and simple to setup, had it plugged in and system running in about 10 minutes. downloaded apc's software and now i'm ready for any brown out conditions and automatic shutdown incase of a power outage

Great so far, no complaints. Already kicked in several times. buying from best buy is a good choice.

I have 2 laptops and other devices using this UPS. Have had a couple of power outages and this unit worked perfectly giving me time to shut down my devices. Works great as a heavy duty home use UPS.

Keeps my investment safe from irregular electrical currents and surges. Give me enough time to power down all my equipment during power outages. Connected devices: pc, 65” tv, av receiver, 4k player, router, xbox console.

With a couple of strong thunderstorms, we've lost power for a little while. This back up has operated flawlessly. It gives plenty of time to power down my iMac. Infact, I imagine I would be able to power my iMac for about 30 minutes while on battery power.

I use 3 of these in my house and office. APC makes a good product and this model has performed well.

This is a more robust battery backup system than the previous APC one that I had. It also allows monitoring state of health through a PC app - very useful for remote facilities where you want to monitor events like loss of power or power surges.

power grid in my area isn't exactly the most stable every time it thunderstorms theirs probably a 70%cchance the powers going to go out for a few mins this UPS allows me to continue gaming without interruptions

It has kept my computers up and running till I can shut things down. Just wish there were larger models that were cheaper

Does what it is supposed to do. We had a power outage last week, and it allowed me to save what I was working on and shut down properly

I have a NAS where I store all of my family photos and movies. I wanted to make sure it was protected. Simple set up. It was recognized by my NAS and if it goes on battery backup mode it has a timer to tell the NAS to shut down safely.

A great way to keep a computer from crashing when you get hiccups in the power supplied by the local electric utility. Of course you need to be present to shutdown said computer - should you encounter a longer power outage.

I love APC battery backups. Easy to use and setup. They give me just the right amount of battery backup I need. They also last several years before needing to replace them.

Oh man! This thing! I plugged it into the wall! I then plugged other things into it! They like totally powered on! Golly.

Price was right, excellent product reviews led us to buying this battery backup unit; easy to hook-up, this APC unit has been working well since installation & pleased with the protector. Recommended.
