As always APC Back-UPS works perfectly. I have used a number of these over the years and never had any problems. I have replaced the batteries in older APC units and gave them a new lease on life.

Nice power backup system for the home or the office. Adequate number of outlets. Battery life is around 1+ year, easy to buy 3rd party battery to replenish the unit

Does a great job, everyone should have these on any electronics over $200 --- as they will be the ultimate safeguard-- and thats why I have components that are still working perfectly after 20 years on them....

So far this battery backup has worked very well. It has been tested multiple times by storms and other random power outages. It always kicks on quickly and keeps my devices running until the power comes back on. Knocking off 1 star for the slight whine it produces. Not enough to really fuss about, but its there and can be heard when the room is quiet.

Easy to setup and use. Interface works great, and pleanty of outlets (not all are backup powered but all surge protected)

I've connected mine to Unraid to make sure my server doesn't crash during a power outage/blip. I opened it up, plugged my server into it, then plugged it into my server (USB). Server is now set to auto-shutdown when the power goes out!

I use a huge number of these - have bought 50+ APC and Cyberpower over the users. This new generation of APC have good pricing and features, but build, especially lower models have more plastic. Not as rugged as in years past. But battery connection is easier and functionally seem the same. I've gotten better battery life and better software with APC than Cyberpower.

Easy installation and very effective equipment. Had a minor issue but a quick chat with APC customer support resolved the issue. APC has built good equipment for many years. Expect this unit to work out the same way.

Although the price it kind of high this battery backup works extremely well . It can run my computer , monitor and modem for about 3 hours before draining .

Replaced a very old SmartUPS that was limited in the its informational display and a boat anchor to boot. This Backup UPS Pro is slim, sleek, and comparatively lite weight, but packs all the needed clean power. The new digital display is loaded with a wealth of helpful battery runtime information to cycle through without the need for software. The display itself if crystal clear and easy to read from the floor given the slight inward angle of the display and the white lettering on black background. I have it keeping safely steady state most of my home office setup: several monitors, a home nas, networking equipment, and a chunky pc. Outlet count is more than what I had before, but a bit of a misrepresentation of the spec page as its a evenly split between battery backed plugs and line power plugs. Still, got all the critical devices into the right plugs with the increased count. The higher VA of this unit provides plenty of run time in it to get everything safely wrapped up should power ever go out. The ongoing battery replacement cost is much more reasonable over what I had before. Overall if you have a lot of devices that need to survive a power bump or need extended run without jumping to the much more expensive SmartUPS line, you can't go wrong with this model

Easy to set up and install. This back up power source works well during power outages and surge events.

Great products had the previous version for several years and had to upgrade. So far works as advertised. Just make sure you know how many watts every thing you hook up to is so your expectations are realistic.

We have been using these UPS's on our computer system for a few years. Have been very stable and are great during Florida storms and multiple power outages. Haven't had any problems with them at all

The only Back-UPS I will use. Very reliable, easy to set up. I especially like the replaceable battery feature - and the ease of installing the battery.

Hwre and there we have electricity outages and jumps and this is serving me well for my wifi rounter and security base .

This back-up/surge protector provides great protection for my computers, printer, and monitors when our house has unexpected lightning strikes during storms.

I did not care to use the included installation disk. It works right out of the box just fine. I particulailly like the design of the unit. It seems to work very wellfor my use.

I have installed it and forgotten about it. Occasionally, I look at the reports that show issues and the times it jumped in to keep power going. Works like a charm. Good investment

I have not yet seen it in action, but it was very easy to configure the system and connect the devices to be backed up.
