APC are the best battery backup units for the money. Have always used this brand and never had an issue.

I had this installed today and the installer was the one that recommended that I purchase this. He doesn't even work for Best Buy but this was his number one choice. A little pricey at 209.00 but he said well worth it.

Could be better, when power uses or button off, requires me to unplug and disconnect the battery and after that reattach the battery for it to power back on.

Working just fine for now, havent had a power outage yet so dont know about how good it really is or not. I could unplug it from the wall to test it but im not that curious.

Good price, battery backup with surge protection. We often have power surges and the internet goes out at our office. We now have more than 10 of these to guarantee we can continue working when this happens.

Replaced Failed UPS. When my Back-UPS XS 1500 failed I was able to seamlessly replace it with APC - Back-UPS Pro 1500VA 10-Outlet/2-USB Battery Back-Up and Surge Protector. It was basically plug & play no issues.

Needed another APC had a 1200 that battery died after years. This is a 1500 i have alot of device's PC and Home server, 3 monitors. Work from home so alot of things in my office.

Bought two of these for power backup when we have weather conditions. Same great quality so far that I would expect from APC. PowerChute software is simplified for average users.

I have bought several of these in the past couple of years. Keeps my electronics running for awhile when the power goes out, so I can safely shut them down.

We have been experiencing many power outages lately. This backup & surge protector works great! Has allowed us the time needed to deal with the outage.

Tested this with WiFi router, Verizon ONT, Ring Alarm base station, and cordless phone base. Had more than 3.5 hours of power available before plugging this back in. Pleased with the result.

Spend all that money for a system and not have surge and power back up is going to be EXPENSIVE during a surge or power loss while in the middle of work. Well worth the cost.
