Wonderful UPS. Couldn't ask for more. Does everything I want a UPS to do.

MY 9 year old APC crashed. Drove to Best Buy with my specs. Tech assisted in finding an upgrade. We have been very happy with how it functions. Easy to set up all our items. Definitely recommend it.

Purchased this for its intended purpose; fortunately, the tests I ran show that it works. I did not test it to exhaustion, but it provided 30 mins of power to residential gateway and separate WiFi-6 router.

This protects my computer center in my house. Since my system has grown, both in size and complexity, I needed to beef up my protection. This fits the need very nicely.

OMG I love this battery backup. We needed something that would handle all of the protections for a wide variety of electronics at a business and this battery backup did the trick.

Works exactly as promised. Other similar options only have 4 battery backup connections. This one allows for 5 - which was exactly what we needed.

This works really well with PCs that draw a lot of power especially when gaming. The only issues I have is the plugs are a bit close to each other and make it hard to fit some adaptors. In addition, the software is a bit outdated. I am surprised APC hasn't updated it in 10 years.

It's a battery back up - it works when you need it to. Battery life seemed great - around an hour worths of time to power a 2018 iMac when my power went out.

Solid power, I have no issues powering and backing up a Mac Studio and 6 external HDDs

APC has never failed me. I bought this battery backup to replace my other brand battery backup. My other APC battery backup still hasn't failed, and it's over 3 years old. The other brand failed in less than a year.

As a longtime customer of APC/Schneider Electric, when my old 1000va unit did get hit and wiped out by some bad line surges, during a bad store and some sloppy repair work by my utility provider. I wanted it replaced before powering my system back up. I found this model on special at Best Buy, so I purchased it. Based on multiple years of experience with APC, I knew they provide quality products. In fact, the existing PowerChute software recognized the replacement unit, and I was up and running again. This unit provides additional capacity and works seamlessly.

I needed a new backup battery for work. It was easy to set up and worked as it should.

Within days we had another blackout. This device kept our telephone and wi-fi running for over two hours.

So far no issues. Product performs as advertised time will tell. I'm happy with it so far.
