Purchased item which was sent to my residence. Arrived at residence in a damaged box (dropped on corner). Didn’t pay almost 200 to receive item in that condition. Best Buy had one on hand and replaced the item. Seems to be working fine.

Solid power. Monitors power in and out. Plenty of backup outlets and surge-only outlets. Good value to protect sensitive computers, modems and printers.

There's a reason why APC commands a small price premium over other manufacturers and it's very simple - they make good products and stand behind their warranty. When it comes to power protection, remember this is one area you should never skimp on; a lesson I forgot. My last 1500VA comparable unit was from a "Cyber"-competitor and died after just 13 months. Luckily, it didn't take any of my home lab with it. Although the last unit was my first time buying a cheaper unit, boy was I reminded why you don't go cheap (even if it's only $25)!

We have 3 computers and 2 printers for personal and home based business use. This protects everything. Have not had a power outage yet to test it, but can hardly wait for one. Bring it on!

I've had this unit up and running for over a month now with no issues. I have had some power spikes detected and it just keeps working with no problems. I would recommend this product.

Updated my main UPS to this one and it works great. It has already protected my primary workstation many times.

Luckily I haven't had to use it yet. I have it plugged in to provide backup for my router and fiber optic connection as well as a NAS. Checkin on the NAS it would provide roughly 2 and half hours of backup power for those items. The NAS is setup to shut down after 10 minutes of backup power so should be even longer once that shuts down. Hopefully I never need it but love knowing I have it.

Bought this to protect my network and home theater equipment from a power spike/power outage which happens from time to time here in Florida. So far, so good. What I really like about it is the cable in and out capability which protects my network modem from a cable line spike. Set up was pretty easy.

Bought a new computer so i needed a battery back up. Helps with the brownouts that occasionally happen. Works better than a simple power strip. Keeps my computer safer from spikes in power.

I have a few of APC's myself, bought this for my brother for his new TV and gaming system

It is very quiet and has one more backup outlet that most others. The screen is easy to read and has useful information.
