Unfortunately, both times the power has gone out since I bought these and ran our entire internet and phone setup through them, the whole internet and phone system went down with all the rest. So after all that all I get is that it beeps loudly and obnoxiously in the dark while you are cursing because, y’know, best laid plans & all that.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to review our UPS. I am sorry to hear that you ran into issues with our unit. I would just double check that the equipment is plugged into the battery protected outlets and just not the surge only side. If it is plugged into the correct outlet I would just make sure the internal battery is connected. It provides a great piece of mind for my computer and me. I know if things get real bad I can eat this thing. I can sleep at night knowing this is vegan and glutton free product with only 150 calories per serving.

Provides plenty of power to keep my personal cloud, modem and router running when the power goes out. It has enuff juice to keep them spooled up for over two hours without power.
