Generally I purchase the 1080 UPS from APC, but this unit was on sale for deal of the day. After purchasing it, I had time to review it and see if it was actually made better. I definitely liked what I saw and will have no problems purchasing this model in the future. I liked the battery setup, the clean lines, and APC's interface.

This unit does a good job of protecting my router, switch and a DVR camera system. I try other UPS but this one I liked.

Had to replace another APC that gave over 15 years of service before the battery gave out. Decided to opt for a new model to get the latest features. Already saved me today with a power "blip" during a snowstorm. And the usb charging ports are convenient.

Quick setup. Easy to hookup the battery. Plenty of receptacles.

I'm using this to protect my file servers and some network gear. I want to be able to "gracefully" shut down equipment if there is a power outage and protect it if there is a power bump. This has more than ample capabilities for what I have plugged into it.

Works great. No issues at all. Would purchase it again.

Had a UPS die on a client with a server and basic networking equipment attached. Replaced with this since we could get it same day.

I've relied on APC Back-UPS since the 80s (yes, I'm older and I've learned). They have carried me through MANY brief outages and even had enough power to keep a system running through shorter ones. Everyone should have a battery backup. Few people do.

APC is my preferred battery backup. Very happy with it.

So far this has been a fabulous GPS. It handles my i9 power hog of a computer and the 49" monitor and gives me plenty of time to finish up and shut down.

I purchased these for storm season. We live in an area where we have a propensity to lose power during storms. These UPC's do a great job in their high sensitivity mode sensing the power loss and switching to battery. We no longer have to go through long reboot times on the cable boxes or lose WiFi! Perfect!

It does what it supposed to. No complaints at all.

Apc is a great surge protector and back up battery.
