Ive bought apc backup before. It never fails me. Consistent performance!

It's a great power surge protector that will save us a lot.

I purchased this product in Sept. 2024 and it has been a considerable disappointment. I own 5 other APC UPS products and none have performed like this piece of junk. When an occasional power fluctuation occurs, the unit typically reports an F02 error and the battery does not take over. The unit's alarm sounds until the unit is unplugged and the power button is held down. After plugging the unit back into an active power outlet, and pressing the power button, the unit is back to normal operation. I do not trust this product and have wasted my money. From what I have read, this is a problem common to this unit. Schneider Electric should be ashamed.

I used to live in an area with regular lightening storms, and power fluctuations killed a lot of my electronics. Now, all of my electronics are plugged into one of these. And it has probably saved my gear dozens of times over the last few years.

Quality product!! Easy to setup, just connect the battery and plug-in. UPS/Surge Protectors are a must have for peace of mind. I have my PC, two monitor’s, Tv, Ethernet, and VR and the load capacity is no issue. Recommend!

My previous ups died and brought down everything that was on the battery plugs. After researching a replacement, this is the one I chose. It has more battery plugs than the previous ups. So I feel better protected against a power surge.

I wanted something that would keep all of my computer equipment running during a brief power outage and this works very well. It won't keep things powered on for hours but nothing does that. This gives me the opportunity to shut things down normally if needed.

great item to have to protect your pc and other sensitive components

perfect for small server or gaming pc can run pc and 2 monitors for almost a hour, lacks expansion for add on battery capacity or it would be a 5 star

This product is great. It's a piece of mind knowing that during a power outage, I at least have a few minutes to save my work before it's lost on my PC.

Compact size for the 1500VA output and well labeled so makes it easy to hook up.

Battery lasts shorter than I expected. Without anything plugged in, the managing electronics of the device to run the back up battery down in 4-5 hours (can't remember exactly how many). You would think for a UPS the managing electronics would be closer to an open circuit so that all of the storage went to the items plugged into it. Does the job though

I use this unit to power my home office desk (computer, monitor, voip phone, network switch, Thunderbolt hub, etc) during an outage. It's quiet and keeps it all working without a hiccup.

A great product to help protect a large apparel printer, pretreat machine and computer to run graphics! Makes worrying about storms a thing of the past. I would recommend this APC back up to anyone wanting to protect their electronic investments!

I use these at many sites to backup electronics. APC is top notch and these have many good features. I love seeing how full the battery charge is and how large of a load I have plugged into the UPS, all on the front panel.

It’s really great for battery back up for computer and all other small devises

Two units failed in 12 months. Two completely different electrical systems and this is the only affected device at either location. First unit stopped holding a charge after 6 months. Second unit is fully locked up 9 months in. Green power light is on but device is fully unresponsive and no longer providing power to battery backup outlets. Now its essentially a massive paperweight surge protector. If you need a UPS, and dont want to spring for a rack mounted unit, id suggest avoiding this model. Clearly has serious issues.

Bought it for running backup power for my 3D printers. Works without issues

You have to install the battery connection first! After that, easy setup. Easy to read heads up display. Has a load indicator and voltage input. I have gaming console, tv, WiFi router, and sound bar connected and works perfectly.
