You have to install the battery connection first! After that, easy setup. Easy to read heads up display. Has a load indicator and voltage input. I have gaming console, tv, WiFi router, and sound bar connected and works perfectly.

A great product to help protect a large apparel printer, pretreat machine and computer to run graphics! Makes worrying about storms a thing of the past. I would recommend this APC back up to anyone wanting to protect their electronic investments!

I guess it works i hope. Its heavy as sin though. I cant lift it so good.

Do not buy this. I bought March 18, 2026 and installed it in a vacation home, supporting internet, heat thermostats, security system, and telephone. On April 11 it the UPS failed along with all the systems it supported. It took me a couple of weeks to get there to check what was wrong. We determined that it was the UPS. Too late to return to Best Buy.

Works well.. already tested during a power outage. Unfortunately, the battery connections are difficult to install. Required some finagling to get attached and working

I use this unit to power my home office desk (computer, monitor, voip phone, network switch, Thunderbolt hub, etc) during an outage. It's quiet and keeps it all working without a hiccup.

We bought this since the power tends to go out during big storms here in Texas. Its been great so far, even helps with the little flash outages that cuts the power just long enough to rest the clocks. This keeps the TV and Roku along with the Modem working for a while.

Works as well as the last UPS I owned. So far I am happy with this product.

This product is great. It's a piece of mind knowing that during a power outage, I at least have a few minutes to save my work before it's lost on my PC.

I picked up this unit in a pinch to replace and APC that went nuts. So far, so good.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased. Protects my electronics as we get many power surges and I don’t loose data when the power goes out. Like the display on front…very easy to read.

Works great, does what it is supposed do, protect your computer or want ever you have connected. I have one of these on my internet modem and wifi to keep things active even when the power may go out.

Unfortunately, the power goes out often in my neighborhood. I’m a freelancer, and rely on being able to submit my work no matter what happens. Using this backup power supply has saved me from many Deadline crises.

With it being a surge protection device that hasnt had a surge take place yet it's hard to give it a full 5 stars. No fault of the product, just circumstance. Although I will say the battery has been tested and works great.

These battery backups have saved our bacon and we havent lost anymore equipment since we started using on all Nabors drill rigs as they have frequent power outages with surges/drops in power constantly!

Two units failed in 12 months. Two completely different electrical systems and this is the only affected device at either location. First unit stopped holding a charge after 6 months. Second unit is fully locked up 9 months in. Green power light is on but device is fully unresponsive and no longer providing power to battery backup outlets. Now its essentially a massive paperweight surge protector. If you need a UPS, and dont want to spring for a rack mounted unit, id suggest avoiding this model. Clearly has serious issues.

This thing is a beast. I've got it backing up a 4 GPU mining rig and the PC has been running perfect since day one. Piece of mind know power issues wont damage a $5k PC and can keep up with the wattage demand.

Bought it for running backup power for my 3D printers. Works without issues
