Exactly what I needed

And each time we add a computer or an older APC unit reaches end of life, we buy a APC unit. Computers hooked to these units do not suffer power related damage or go off every time the power does.

These are on all my sensitive electronics (modem, routers, switches, security cameras) and on all my TVs.

The main issue is if you loose power for an extended period of time and run battery down to zero, once power is restored the unit will require you to manually turn back on. Seriously flawed.

Gives a lot of great information, especially when trying to diagnose electrical issues. The ability to see and log the incoming voltage is a real benefit.

I thought it might protect my equipment from surges over ethernet. I have had some equipment to go out because of that. However, when I use the included gigabit data port, I experienced packet loss that was severe enough to prevent some of my equipment from working.

Power at all times

MS Team meetings; Skype meetings; Zoom meetings; I need to know I am up and running without interruption.
