I bought this to replace a decades-old unit that I've been replacing batteries for. I chose this unit for a few reasons: The capacity, its integration with UNRAID, and its integration with Home Assistant. So far it has worked better than expected for each.

With several power outages in Southern California as of late, and more than ever (thank you Santa Ana Winds), we’ve realized that we’ve needed an APS unit to salvage our go-to electronics as well as be able to maintain some comms during outages. This has saved us for every time we’ve had a spontaneous outage for whenever SoCal Edison decides to cut power. We have a smaller unit for another part of our internet setup outside as well and we’re good for a few hours. I greatly recommend buying one! If you are able for it to reduce in pricing as I did (bought during Black Friday), even better.

Excellent tower UPS. Protects equipment and lots of connections

Mid-tier but reliable power supply. No fault to product as only issues are clearly noted in description (heavy/cumbersome, etc). Has held up well over last two years and helped power refrigerator during power outage.

I've never owned a UPS before. Bought it primarily for voltage stabilization and to organize my power chords. Overall happy with the quality and performance. Built like a tank. In fact, the BB guy complained how heavy it is when he bought it out for curbside pu. I was dreading carrying it up 3 flights on my drive home but it's not THAT bad. Guess he was out of shape. LOL

I am powering a desktop, camera, switch, microphone and monitor with this unit, giving approximately an hour run time. I go to meetings on zoom and will stay on for the hour unless I lose internet to the house. Modem downstairs is on another UPS. I had trouble at first because the USB outlets have a label on them. Read the instructions.

I tested my latest APC UPS and found it to work exactly as advertised. I like the fact that you can easily mute the warning sound when the UPC is supplying battery back up power. I also like that the battery compartment is easily accessible for when I need to replace the batteries. The 6 back up outlets with the 6 surge protected outlets allows you to add components if necessary.

Very good UPS for protecting my TV and sound system. Don't use it to run them long. Just to allow an orderly shutdown while protecting against brownouts, spikes and power outages. Lasts at least 3 years. Cheap protection.

My custom tower PC is the heart of my system, oversize high rez monitor, a couple of scanners, tethered DSLR from my DIY optical bench, etc. So right in the middle of backing up my 10TB RAID storage ~ over into the external {branded} backup 10TB RAID ~ the power into my house popped with an audible snap and went dead. Q.E.D. my decision could no longer be put off! This APC UPS represents the 'sweet spot' for my technology and my budget. It is exactly as advertised and perfectly suited. Not only did it pass all its internal tests and features, I did my shade tree mechanic test and just jerked the plug out of the wall. My system didn't even know about it! Just kept purring along sweetly and gave me generous time to do an organized apps quit, files saved, and normal shutdown. Now, this old buzzard can relax and not worry about the next tree to fall, lines shorted, and utility transformer a mile away blowing up like the Martians have attacked. I recommend it to anyone who wants to ease back and be tranquil.

Bought this 5 years ago - works great / going strong. Definately better quality than Cyberpower which have failed twice in the past.

If you, like me, live in an area where the electrical grid can be, let's say, a tad "iffy" in high winds or a thunderstorm of some intensity (you should see the fireworks I've witnessed from impromptu transformer explosions, above- *and* below-ground), and if you happen to have all sorts of expensive items plugged in (computers/peripherals, audio/video gear, Et Cetera), you might want to check out an Uninterruptible Power Supply (or UPS for short…has nothing to do with the folks in brown trucks delivering stuff like this to your door) such as this. It comes in especially handy when you're two-thirds through (a) your fourth draft of the manuscript of the novel that everyone will *hopefully* remember you by, (b) that YouTube video that everyone will *hopefully* remember you by, or (c) that heavily-photoshopped image that maybe more than a handful of people will remember you by (hopefully not for the wrong reasons). If you happen to lose power to the computer you're slinging all this wonderfulness out on, the UPS will kick in, keeping things powered-up just long enough for you to save your work at a given stage, close your apps, and shut everything down. For the money being asked for this thing, consider it cheap insurance. Recommended.

Easy setup. I've got it hooked up to my 34 inch monitor and HP desktop machine. Also, a router. It is displaying only 20% load. I tested it out by flipping the circuit breaker and it worked fine. Displays the approximate amount of time you have based on load when power is cut. The beeper is nice to have and can be easily shut off from the front.

I am a long time user of APC back-ups. This was a replacement for a 9 year old unit that failed. The installation was a straight forward swap out. I highly recommend this unit for anyone requiring battery back up and superior surge protection.

As an architect working on a high-performance PC, power stability is non-negotiable. I live in a house without physical grounding, and this APC Back-UPS Pro has been a game-changer. It provides clean, stable power and gives me plenty of time to save my CAD files and renders during an outage.

Excellent UPS!!! Handled both my setups for work and play. Saved my desktop from a power outage with only a week of use. Handle it like a champ. Best feature is being able turn off the beep when the power cuts out. Just makes an audible click went it cuts over. Doesnt startle my dog.

Things amazing, works well easy to set up, just don't forget your credentials, it's not very easy recovering it.

Got this as I outgrew my previous APC unit and needed more capacity. It's a good solid unit. Does the job. It's overkill for my needs but that's good as I have lots of run time for my Home Automation hubs as well as my network hardware.

Its really easy to setup and see whats going on. Its saved my computer from surges during bad weather and given me time to shut down during a outage
